Delete Your Interns Match Account

You can request the permanent deletion of your Interns Match account and the personal data associated with it. This page is available even if you no longer have access to the mobile application.

How to request account deletion

  • Select the request deletion button below.
  • Send the request from the email address registered with your Interns Match account.
  • Include your full name, registered email address, phone number, and account type.
  • Our support team may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Data deleted with your account

  • Your account and authentication information.
  • Your personal or company profile information.
  • Education, experience, skills, certificates, and portfolio information.
  • Uploaded profile images, CVs, and other account documents.
  • Internship applications and related account activity.
  • Device tokens and notification-related account data.
  • Other personal data associated with your Interns Match account.

Data retention

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
  • Certain information may be retained when required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
  • Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for the applicable retention period.

Protect your account

Never include your password, verification codes, CV, identity documents, or other sensitive files in the deletion request email.

Submit your deletion request

Send your request using the email address registered with your Interns Match account so we can verify account ownership.
